Rainford Real Estate Group (« RRE ») is a private Swiss based real estate development and investment company, with its headquarters in Martigny, Switzerland. The shareholding of RRE is 100% held by Swiss based residents. The investment approach of RRE is to be highly selective and to target off-market opportunities. The geographic focus is Switzerland, with a specific interest in Canton Valais (ski resorts and towns), and the Lake Leman region (“arc lémanique”) of Canton Vaud and Geneva, however exceptional projects outside of Switzerland will be considered from time to time. The size of the projects vary, but is generally in the range of CHF 5m to CHF 100m.
